This DVD was developed by Hands & Voices in partnership with the Michigan Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program to educate parents on the importance of hearing screening, follow-up testing, and intervention. The EHDI program encourages professionals to show this video to parent's at the hospital if their baby did not pass the newborn hearing screen. Loss & Found™ provides the powerful testimony of real-life families with children who did not pass the newborn hearing screening and encourages families to follow through with further testing.
