About the Event
Meet other families of kids who are deaf or hard of hearing in Michigan. This is for families of kids of all ages. We all learn from one another and feel supported when others understand us!
We have a special guest speaker for this Build Your Village: Beth Rice from Michigan Dept. of Ed - Low Incidence Outreach (MDE-LIO). Learn more about MDE-LIO and their new Michigan Communication Plan for Students who are Deaf of Hard of Hearing. We will discuss how this plan can help with your child's IFSP or IEP meetings.
