About the Event
This event is an opportunity to have a casual conversation and ask questions to three Teacher Consultants or Teachers of the Deaf.Â
Teacher Consultants (TC) and Teachers of the Deaf (TOD) play a critical role on the educational team for our Dear or Hard of Hearing (DHH) children. They can provide direct support, consultation services, and assist in building the plan to help your child succeed. Join our guests Christina Roy and Ann Thompson for this event to learn about the role of a TC for your DHH student, and how they are a part of your child's IFSP/IEP team. Gain additional perspective from one of our DHH Guides, John Kirsh. who worked as a classroom teacher for DHH students. You don't want to miss this one!
This event is for members only. Luckily, it's easy to become a member for $25/year by choosing the Non-Member ticket option. Or you can request a scholarship.
