Family Notebook

This guidebook was written for families of children who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deablind specifically in Michigan. It was written by parents, professionals, and DHHDB adults with a focus on providing nonbiased support so families can make their own decisions about communication modes or languages. You will also find answers to the most common parenting questions.

We encourage you to be matched with a Parent Guide from our Guide By Your Side program to get the most out of this and other resources. Contact us today!
